Easy install. After draining off some coolant total install time took about 30 minutes including refill and leak check. Temps have been staying in the 180's.

I haven't been able to install the thermostat yet due to my schedule, but now the summer and towing season are just about over I will probably wait until next spring to install it. Because I have other SPE products installed on my truck I have all the confidence in the world it will work as described. My 2019 F350 6.7 PowerStroke on the stock thermostat was always idling temp around 192-196F, normal use was 198-204F, and heavy use was 205-230F. Now with the SPE thermostat the idling temps are around 178F, normal use temps are 182-190F, and heavy use is 192-200F. However I have been able to get my temps to get to 226F with heavy off road hill climbing, and I never tried that with the stock thermostat so I cannot comment on what those temps would have been. But I will definitely recommend this thermostat, and will replace mine every 100K as preventative maintenance. Also it's incredibly easy to replace yourself.

Installed the thermostat along with their upper radiator hose. First drive in 100+ degree Texas weather and the coolant temperature never got over 183 degrees. Oil temp never went over 185 degrees. Just what I wanted. Thanks.

After installing the new thermostat, when cruising at 75mph, the temp is 79.2 degrees, as opposed to the stock thermostat at 92.2, so overall itās 13 degrees cooler. Love it!!

I installed the SPE thermostat and at the same time, I installed the SPE upper radiator hose. It was a quick install, and looks like it works as advertised. Engine runs cooler and hose looks a lot better.

These new thermostats do exactly what they say and I like that now my oil temperature stays around 185 unloaded and it will still go higher when towing but not up to 230 like before. However, it does not change the transmission temperature at all. As a matter fact, I think the transmission actually runs hotter because this thermostat has no control over the transmission thermostat.

This t-stat fit perfectly as usual for anything ordered from SPE and the install was simple! I think it arrived before my payment posted in their account it was shipped that dam fast! My 2019 6.7 is running engine coolant temps at 177, engine oil temp at or below 180. Absolutely preforming as or better than expected.

Drained about 3 gal of antifreeze from primary system. Install went perfect because of the perfect OEM fit of the thermostat. Havenāt towed with it yet, but with south Texas heat, my oil temp is constantly 185. Weāll worth it just for that!!!

If you tow a lot this is a must. Towed my camper from Fort Smith AR up to MN in 100 degree plus temps and never seen an engine temp above 215. Average temp was around 190 running 70-75. Love these thermostats wish i would have ordered them sooner.

High flow....low temp. Does exactly what it says it does. We pull in 100+ degree weather and the highest I see the oil and Transmission now is about 207 and 203 respectively in that heat pulling 8,000 lbs. If I did not have this then those temps would be a lot higher for sure. Great product!

I have a 2017 F350 with 410 gears it would normally run 200 2 to 210 with every day general driving now it stays 180 to 185. This should really help when towing my 44 foot fifth wheel.

New to the diesel world with a 2015 F350 DRW. Installed the Thermostat without comparing before and after as I wanted to make the upgrades before hauling. Ran the truck to Tucson and Prescott from California to pick up a new horse trailer. No problems whatsoever. Then ran the truck under load running to Northern CA for Turkey Day. Again, no issues whatsoever. The truck ran exceptionally cool while running up the Grapevine towing 15k+ lbs. on the bumper and it ran perfectly.
Not sure if the product did what it was supposed to do however, the temperature on motor and trans worked perfectly. Definitely support the product as it is an easy install, even for a Diesel virgin!

2017 Ford F350 Lariat -6.7 Powerstroke
Bought the SPE thermostat designed for the Powerstroke as I was having issues pulling my 40' triple axle 5th wheel during the summer when outside temps would get above 95 degrees.
I was going to flush all of the fluid, replace a couple hoses and make sure system was in good shape - when I ran across the SPE Thermostat. After reading the reviews, it seemed like a "no brainer", so I bought it.
I have installed the new SPE Thermostat and have nothing but good things to say.
Super fast shipping - got the part in like 2 days.
Super easy install - only had to pull 3 bolts on top of the motor.
Engine oil temps before installing were running 199-201 (not pulling trailer, highway driving at about 75mph, and with OAT of about 75 degrees).
Engine oil temps after install dropped to 181-183 right away under same conditions.
Can't wait to see the change in the summer pulling the trailer, but I am sure it will make a huge difference.

Absolutely thrilled with the immediate drop in temps on my 17 F350. The running temps average about 14-17 degrees cooler than I experienced with the factory thermostat. It will be a big help in keeping the oil temp a little cooler when towing a trailer over the mountains.
