This system includes an integrated provision for the factory crankcase pressure sensor and has been engineered to work properly within the factory parameters for the CCV system. The result is perfect compatibility with the latest Powerstroke calibration and sensor logic while delivering the same proven performance benefits as our earlier designs.

Advanced Filtration System
At the core of the kit is an injection-molded, double-layered stainless steel filtration screen engineered to support high-horsepower applications. It effectively filters crankcase vapors while maintaining proper flow rates. The single-bolt design allows for quick cleaning and maintenance without compromising sealing or function.

Baffle System for Optimal Functionality
Multiple baffle zones within the housing ensure that crankcase vapors are routed efficiently through the filtration media. This reduces oil carryover and contamination in the intercooler and charge-air system, improving overall reliability and performance.
