When diagnosing a vehicle using EZ Lynk it’s important to know and understand what parameters are available so you can provide the technician (or yourself) with the best picture of what is happening to your vehicle under different conditions.

When it comes to datalogging, EZ Lynk makes the experience fully customizable with 3 viewing styles and a myriad of PIDs. These options allow you to view your PIDS as either 8 tiles, 3 gauges and 5 bars, or as a graph.

Now for the important stuff. What PIDs are actually available for monitoring & what should I select? We broke it down by vehicle diagnostic category. Please note, this will vary based on the vehicle and engine however the following PIDs are currently available on the 11-16 6.7L Powerstroke.

  • Throttle Position (TPS)
  • Engine RPM
  • Main Injection Timing
  • Engine Load
  • Injection Pressure A (actual)
  • Injection Pressure D (desired)
  • Calculated Engine Torque
  • Engine Reference Torque
  • Engine Percentage Torque Actual
  • Fuel Volume Control Valve (%)
  • Fuel Volume Control Current (amp)
  • Injection Quantity Desired

AIR

  • Boost pressure
  • Exhaust Manifold Pressure
  • Engine RPM
  • Barometric Pressure
  • Turbo Vane Position Desired
  • EGR Valve Position Desired
  • EGR Valve Position Actual
  • Mass Air Flow
  • Charge Air Coolant Temperature
  • Charge Air Temperature Voltage

TRANSMISSION

  • Transmission Temperature
  • Transmission Line Pressure Desired
  • Output Shaft Speed
  • Transmission Turbine RPM
  • Torque Converter Slip
  • Transmission Pressure Control Solenoid A
  • Shift Elapse Time (0-10%)
  • Shift Elapse Time (10-90%)
  • Most Recent Shift Event Type
  • Last Shift Flare RPM
  • Torque Converter Clutch State
  • TVB Shift Solenoid A Pressure Desired
  • TVB Shift Solenoid B Pressure Desired
  • TVB Shift Solenoid C Pressure Desired
  • TVB Shift Solenoid D Pressure Desired
  • TVB Shift Solenoid E Pressure Desired
  • TCC Solenoid Pressure D

Thanks. for the listing – this way I have a complete overview without having to scroll and write it down myself.

I still have not had the time to hook it up
I feel that I have to explain I’m in a wheelchair bought a (New to Me) truck
And the Coronavirus had shut down the place that does the hand controls (really sucked I was without a vehicle)
So we are moving forward with all these adaptations (next is the chair lift) after this it would be great to speak to one of you guys
I’m going to need help
